The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

If I do not cancel my appointment before 72 hours will there be a charge?Yes, 20% fee will be charged if you cancelled within 24-48 hrs. 50% fee will be charged if you cancelled under 24 hrs.

How do I pay?An invoice will be issued to your email which will include electronic payment options. Payment is due on the same day as service.

Will my regular booking will be at the same time?Whilst we do everything we can to provide consistency, human factors affect our day to day commitments. We always try to provide a 2 hour bracket estimated arrival time.
